A: Yes, all Willcox gift certificates will be honored.

Q: How can I purchase a Willcox Gift Card?
A:  Gift cards can be purchased at The Willcox hotel; by telephone at  (877) 648-2200 or (803) 648-1898; and online at www.thewillcox.com/giftcard.

Q: In what denominations are gift cards sold?
A: The Willcox gift card can be purchased in any denomination ranging from $25 to $10,000. For purchases greater than $15,000, please visit The Willcox or call Guest Services at (877) 648-2200 or (803) 648-1898.

Q: Can I purchase more than one card?
A: Yes, you may purchase up to 10 gift cards per transaction online, and each purchase can total up to $15,000. To purchase larger orders, please visit The Willcox hotel or call Guest Services at (877) 648-2200 or (803) 648-1898.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: When ordering online or by telephone, your credit card will be charged once you finalize and confirm the purchase. When buying a gift card at the hotel, your credit card will be charged at the time of signature.

Q: When should I expect delivery of the gift card if it is mailed?
A: Delivery time depends on the service you choose. For deliveries outside of the U.S., all gift cards are shipped through Federal Express. Deliveries within the U.S. are shipped:

  1. First Class (1 to 3 business days)
  2. U.S. Postal Service (5 to 7 business days)

Q: For what purposes can the gift card be used?
A: The Willcox gift card can be used for hotel accommodations, dining and spa services.

Q: Do I have to redeem the full value of the gift card at once?
A: The Willcox Gift Card is designed to carry a balance. Therefore, if a guest uses a gift card to pay for goods or services of lesser value than the card is worth, the amount of the purchase will be subtracted and the remaining balance can be used for future goods or services.

Q: Can I add value to my card?
A: Yes, value can be added or reloaded onto gift cards, either online or by calling Guest Services at (877) 648-2200 or (803) 648-1898. 

Q: Can a gift card be redeemed for cash?
A:  The Willcox Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and may only be used as payment for goods ad services at The Willcox Hotel, The Restaurant or The Spa.

Q: How can I determine the balance on my card?
A: Visit www.thewillcox.com/giftcard and then select “Check your Balance.” You may also dial Guest Services at (877) 648-2200 or (803) 648-1898. Please have your card handy when you call.

Q: How do I register my card?
A:  Visit www.thewillcox.com/giftcard. Select “Register Your Card” and follow the prompts. This process creates an account and allows you to add additional cards or increase their value. There is no fee to register or manage your gift card amount.

Q: Why should I register my card?
A: By registering a gift card you are protecting your card balance. When the card is reported lost or stolen, the balance is frozen and transferred to a new card that is mailed to you.

Q:  What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
A: A replacement card will be mailed to you within 5 business days. If you have not registered your card, call Guest Services at (877) 648-2200 or (803) 648-1898. Simply provide the gift card number and order information or receipt of purchase.

Q: What if I find a gift card previously reported lost or stolen?
A: Discard any cards that have been reported lost or stolen. Once the card balance has been frozen, it is transferred to a new gift card. Therefore, the old card has no value and cannot be accepted for payment.
