Monitoring Scripts. The Willcox may use certain third-party Web analytics software in order to monitor the use of its Web site. If a user accepts a chat, the monitoring script will capture pre- and post-chat surveys that are submitted by such users, as well as the user’s IP address and browser version; however, the third-party Web analytics software provider should not use any of this data other than to administer our site and services.
